An additional 900 square feet downstairs was completed in November of 2023, so square footage totals 3,800, with 3 levels. It has absolutely incredible natural light, top of the line finishes and appliances, sits less than 2 miles from Hayward Field(7 min drive) and is located on a dead end quiet, safe, street.
