Perfect place, perfect location!

We (2 adults) stayed here for a 4 day trip to RMNP. You can't beat how close it is to the park entrance! It was well stocked with everything you'd need. The beds were very comfy and great to sleep on after a long day of hiking. Hosts were very responsive to communication and very easy to work with. They also have a lovely binder of recommendations and things to do while visiting, which was really thoughtful.

Fall in the oark

This was a great property with a perfect location The house was super clean and quiet. But here is the rub...the house in NO WAY is accurately captured by the photos of the outdoors...there is no unobstructed view.. you are surrounded by houses front, back and side...The furniture like every VRBO I've ever been in was mediocre at best and the beds were uncomfortable. Not everyone wants to sleep on a Tempur-pedic. A final quirky complaint is why report the the water was tested two years ago drink at your own risk? I'll accept that if I am paying 3rd world prices but I'm not. Let me know about this and not in passing..or be a bit more proactive and get filtered water or make bottled water available to your guests.

Comfortable and great location

Great location! Just minutes from RMNP entrance. Love the design of home and the décor! Most comfortable beds ever had in a VRBO. Easy check in and check out. Great communication with host. Great neighborhood. Will definitely book next visit.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stayed near RMNP and found the house to be very conveniently located. It was also a good size for our family of five with enough beds for everyone and a comfortable seating area and kitchen that allowed us to pack food for our hikes. We didn’t find the beds to be as comfortable as other reviewers and found the showers to be small, difficult to use and sub-par overall. We’d recommended the house for a family like ours who wanted to spend most of their time in the park and wanted a house that was conveniently located.

Picture Perfect

This VRBO was a gem!! The owners were very responsive and accommodating. The views from the front porch were breathtaking. We enjoyed coffee in the morning, or watching afternoon thunderstorms roll in over the mountain. The beds were comfortable. There is a well stocked toy box that our toddlers enjoyed thoroughly. We went in mid August and were worried about the temperature inside the cabin… but with the provided fans and so many windows it was quite comfortable! The location of this cabin is second to none!! We were able to visit the RMNP at our leisure. Put some soup in the crockpot and enjoy a day out and about! You are literally close to EVERYTHING. The back porch is quintessential - equipped with a grill and outdoor lights for the perfect family evening. We had the BEST time in Estes Park and will be back to rent this cabin next year!

This is the one!

I stayed here with my three teenagers and we loved it! Stocked with everything you need. Close to the park, restaurants, groceries without having to go through town constantly. We spent many afternoons on the back patio resting after hikes. Absolutely loved it. My18yo on day one said "mom you did a really good job with this place". Thank you very much!

Perfect Mountain Getaway

My siblings and I took a trip to Rocky Mountain National Park and this place was a perfect fit for us. Spacious common area along with 2 bathrooms and stunning views of the park made this spot an excellent choice. We were close to all the amenities Estes Park offered while also being a 5 minute drive to the park entrance. With our sunrise hikes, it was easy to get in and out without having to sit in the entrance lines. Our hosts were super responsive and the rental was clean with ample towels and blankets for us to use.

Short family vacation

This property was great for the 4 of us. It was super clean on arrival. There was plenty of room around the living room and dining table to gather The kitchen was cozy but very well stocked. The neighborhood is great, very close to the park entrance and we saw deer and tons of birds from the front porch. We enjoyed the views, and grilling on the back deck. We hope to stay again.

Perfect for a Visit to Estes Park

This wonderful cabin home is perfect for family or friends visiting Estes Park. We had good weather and great company during our family reunion, but it was this light-filled, clean, quiet, well-appointed, and spacious cabin that was the key source of ease, relaxation, and comfort during our visit. The location couldn’t be better. The hosts are always prompt and friendly in their communications. The beds are comfortable and the linens are attractive. Mountain views from every room are lovely. There is a window seat for reading and for watching wildlife in the picture window. I highly recommend this well-maintained and charming cabin for a visit to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park.

Great location!

This rental was perfect for our family visit to RMNP! It is literally at the park entrance sign. There is a small grocery store across the street and a few very close food options, which was wonderful to help us avoid the busier parts of Estes Park (especially with the current construction). Thank you for an excellent stay!

Great cabin at a wonderful location

We loved our stay at Troy and Marie's cabin in Estes Park. As other reviews have mentioned, the pictures don't do it justice! The cabin's location is great, it's very close to the park. It was also lovingly furnished and well stocked. We were there for just two nights, but wish we could have stayed longer.

Excellent spot for RMNP

Very nice home to stay in for a trip to Estes Park and to use as a base for exploring RMNP. It’s literally steps from the RMNP sign, easy in/out of the park. Even better location now with all the construction on the road that leads to downtown Estes. Able to easily access food places and groceries without having to go through town and all that traffic. Process to book and arrive, communication with owners all excellent. The place has everything you need for a short or longer stay. We were there 3 nights and had no issues with anything. Home is clean, had plenty of room for our family of 5, which includes 3 teenagers. As the listing states, home does not have AC and we caught a hot week. Since we were out hiking during the day and the homes has multiple fans, it was manageable, the home cools off fast in the evening hours if you keep the blinds up during the day and open the windows in the evening. The owners made sure we were aware and gave good instructions on everything. Would definitely come back anytime!
