Extremely disappointing stay - Not ideal for special occasions

rented two of this host’s properties for our wedding weekend, expecting a relaxing and celebratory stay with close friends and family. Unfortunately, the experience was filled with unnecessary stress, miscommunication, and false accusations. We did receive one noise complaint, and police came by once. We were respectful, spoke with the officers, and immediately quieted down. There were no further visits or issues, yet the host later claimed that police had come multiple times and said she was instructed to evict us — which was completely false and incredibly upsetting.Worse, the host insisted that only I (the bride) was allowed to communicate with her, and when a friend tried to help with a minor issue, she treated it as a violation. She called me at midnight the night before my wedding to threaten eviction — an incredibly inappropriate and stressful time to make such a call. I had no time to manage logistics or conflict resolution on my wedding day, and this added unnecessary emotional strain. We also dealt with a broken fridge and non-functioning AC, which made the stay physically uncomfortable. After we checked out, the host falsely accused us of breaking a toilet and ruining sheets, which we absolutely did not do. Thankfully, I had taken a video of the property before we left — and I highly recommend future guests do the same to protect themselves from similar false claims. While we tried to be respectful, communicative guests throughout, the experience was overshado

Estes Park Family Escape

The home is fabulous with everything that you could possibly want. The beds are extremely comfortable, the bedrooms & the bathrooms are huge and very clean. We enjoyed a zoom call with family & friends in the theatre room, the games and activities are available for family fun. The kitchen is very well appointed with plenty of silverware, plates, pans etc. We are already planning a return visit with the family!

Great house and location

Very clean large house and bathrooms and kitchen and appliances, quality beds. Well equipped kitchen. Very nice space for our group of 10 retired high school friends, just shy of 80 years old. Incredibly, we saw elk herds and mule deer herds and turkeys most days right on the property. Access to Rocky Mountain National Park was easy from the house. The altitude issue in Estes park and into RMNP was tougher than most of us from sea level expected. Excellent seating outside on the side and rear decks for reading and conversation.

Amazing getaway!

This house was perfect for our group of 8 adults and two children! We loved the huge table in the dining area for family meals and games. The kitchen was well-stocked with all kinds of utensils and pots and pans. Making meals for our large group was a breeze. The location was excellent- so close to the RMNP entrance, close to town and the grocery store. All of us loved having king sized beds and our own bathrooms. Every family had plenty of space to spread out. The deck was a great place to cool off when it got warm inside. (Central air would have made this home perfect) The hosts did provide plenty of box fans and there were ceiling fans everywhere. I highly recommend this home for a large group. Plenty of space and so close to everything you want to do in Estes Park! Thank you for a great stay!!

Needs some upkeep

The house was not exactly what was shown on the VRBO website. We were disappointed that the pool outside was dirty and not working, no flowers, picture missing in the living room. Could tell the house has been neglected. It was quite warm the week we stayed and a house fan would have been nice to cool the upstairs and main floor. We enjoyed the hot tub and games and overall, the house met our needs. Just needs some attention and corrected pictures on the website.

We had a great visit, possibly my favorite of all time. We had a couple of little issues, but didn’t feel it was necessary to bother the owners. I would stay again with my growing family. Neighbors were great, no issues.

Family reunion

This was our first visit to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. The purpose of the trip was to gather our children and grandchildren from the east coast and west coast together for a week of relaxation and to explore the park. The house was spacious and provided a perfect home base for movies, games, and family time. The kitchen was well equipped and the neighborhood was quiet. Overall our family enjoyed our time immensely!

Grace Manor June stay

The interior of Grace Manor is very well planned for a family gathering. Large open living, dining and game room are perfect to spend time together. Large individiual bedrooms and baths provide personal space everyone likes when in large group settings. The wildlfe that visits the property daily is great fun. The front water feature was not working at the time of our visit.

Perfect house for a large family

I will say that this house was an exceptional place for a large family. There were a few things we didn’t get to utilize because of us being gone most of the days (we didn’t get to use the hot tub or many of the games) but we had everything we needed and then some. The beds were comfortable, it was warm and cozy, and other than the hot water not lasting too long,’we have no complaints!!!!

Estes Park Family Vacation

The family (me, my wife, three grown boys, their wives, and three grandchildren) met in Estes Park for an annual family vacation. The home was very clean, game room was really fun, beautiful wood work throughout the house, with ample bedrooms and bathrooms for individual privacy. There are really only a few downsides: 1) Other than the dining table or outside on the picnic tables, there is no place for a large group (we were 11) to just comfortably sit and have conversation in the evenings. 2) Although the game room is pretty awesome, there is absolutely no seating in the game room -- however the theater room is adjacent to the game room. 3) Hot water flow in the bathroom sinks is minimal at best, however water flow in the showers is excellent. 4) Although the kitchen is well-equipped for a group of 14, trying to prepare a large meal in the kitchen is challenging due to the overall size of the kitchen. With all of that said, we would rent this property again because the pro's far outweigh the con's. After all, trying to perfectly accommodate a large group is almost impossible and the location of this house is perfect if you're visiting Estes.
