Over 925 sq. ft. of hip/cool/contemporary space means you wont be squeezed into 500 or 600 SF like in many other cabins or downtown units. This unit is outfitted with Colorado art, beautifully appointed, and located in the heart of downtown Estes. Huge fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, WiFi, and Cable. State of the art air conditioning/heating system newly installed and very comfortable. Enjoy provided snowshoes, hiking sticks, and a backpack as well as many other "necessities" for your Rocky Mountain Adventure! Centrally located downtown above shopping in walking distance to shopping, dining, golfing, Lake Estes, movie theaters, and the well known Riverwalk. Sit on the deck and enjoy the parades along Elkhorn Ave, or stroll along the Riverwalk located right out the door. Fishing, hiking, climbing, skating, and of course, shopping are all within minutes of your stay. While Starbucks moved out of the building they are still within walking distance and Kind Coffee is only 1 block away. Starbucks leaving has actually created less foot traffic, parking and noise from deliveries or trash service. And again, its still close. Our prior guests love the location.

The loft is set up with a private bedroom and a second living room/bedroom to easily accommodate four guests. The kitchen and dining areas are huge and offer a comfortable place to stretch out and enjoy. Visit in the snowy season and use the snowshoes provided for your stay.

TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES: if you are interested in booking and experience a problem and message that directs you to try again later please stop trying . You can call to discuss with vrbo but so far its been several weeks and no solution from them. I have a couple alternatives to book AND I CAN SAVE YOU SOME MONEY. You can call or text me at 303 949-9762.

SAFETY: If safety features are important there is no need to worry about CO2 as heat is provided via electric baseboards. Building also features sprinkler system to usher to you safety in case of emergency.

PARKING: We buy a parking pass for you to place on your windshield so you can park for free immediately across the street. The town has recently implemented paid parking in downtown area which makes access to spots even better. Others pay but you won't. If you arrive before 3pm on check in day and it's a weekend in high season you may need to wait until after 3pm to find a spot. That literally happened to one guest in 2021 as far as I know. Loading zone in front of building makes packing and unpacking even easier.

If safety features are important this is the spot for you. Condo features a fire extinguisher, CO2 /smoke detectors and a sprinkler system in unit and hallway in case of an emergency.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.

This was the perfect place for myself and elderly parents. It is located right in the middle of the down town area. It is a quick walk to food, shopping and entertainment. The elevator was a blessing. The property was well equipped with everything we needed. It was very clean. The host was amazing with communication and friendly. Highly recommend this property.

Lovely space right in the heart of Estes Park close to restaurants, bars and shops. Also not a long drive to the Beaver Creek entrance to RMNP. Parking was across the street in the public parking which was mostly fine however due to beer festival we struggled for a space and parked in the free multi storey until it quietened down. To note Elkhorn avenue has quite a bit of traffic noise into the evening which we weren’t expecting. So if you are a light sleeper there are ear plugs provided by the host.

Very awesome location. Easy to check in and out. Very communicative hosts. I only gave 4 stars since there was a major issue with light coming in the morning. The skylight and windows let in a lot of light that woke up myself and my family (traveling with little ones as well). We notified staff and hope this will improve with future guests. But otherwise it was a great stay. If they fixed the lighting, we’d definitely be back

The loft was an amazing stay! Perfect for walking to restaurants and shops. The unit was very clean and included everything you'd need for your stay, including a parking pass. We visited in March and didn't have any trouble with parking during the day or evening. The host provided very thorough instructions for check in, and only required us to start the dishwasher before check out. I highly recommend the loft, and we would be happy to stay here again on our next trip to Estes Park!

Great location!

Stayed for 3 nights Fri-Mon, late March.We picked this location to be close to the shops and restaurants. This unit faces the street, so there is some noise from passing vehicles or folks walking along the sidewalk. However, at night, it gets very quiet and we were able to sleep through the night without issue. We were able to use our streaming device with the TV and that was a nice departure from hotels where your own devices are difficult to plug in. The only thing we wished was better was the shower. It didnt reach the temp we are used to at home, but it was adequately warm. We also would've liked a little more adjustability on the showerhead; it seems to point in only one direction. The water pressure was good. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and it was great to be able to walk to everything we wanted and didn't have to worry about driving or finding parking. Thanks!

Perfect in every way

Super convenient location. Easy access. Super fast response from the owner when we had a question. Kitchen was beautiful and well stocked with everything needed to cook and serve a nice dinner. We will stay again if we can :)

Steps away to Estes Park and surrounding area

The Art Loft was a cute and cozy condo with a well appointed kitchen for all of your cooking needs. We stayed during the off season (mid-November) so we had lovely views off downtown Estes Park’s beautiful Christmas/Holiday decorations without the usual summer traffic. Sadly, it was too cold for us to enjoy the deck overlooking Elkhorn, Estes’ Main Street, but the view of Twin Owls was a wonderful way to start each day. Smaller families and couples looking for an alternative to hotels and motels who want to experience downtown Estes will not be disappointed by the proximity to shops, restaurants, and local events that this condo offers. Being steps away from Kind Coffee was also a special treat.

Perfect Stay in Estes Park

Cozy little place in the perfect location. We were able to park and walk to most places. If we did need to drive, we were in a central location and it did not take long to get anywhere. The inside was clean and cozy, exactly what we needed for a little getaway. Highly recommend booking this for your stay in Estes Park.

Gratitude. Thankful that someone make the effort to put this place together with the attention to detail and cleanliness There was literally nothing missing that you'd want while staying there. Excellent kitchen, bedroom, kitchen, living room and bathroom, all situated right along main street and with the local shuttle tour at the door. Would totally recommend anyone to stay in town overnight, meander around, grocery store is right up the road, enjoy the small stuff and the kind people Estes has to offer and this place is where you can have it all. Again thanks to our host, and definitely recommend this place.
