Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Lock the doors
Dishwasher Note: With our housekeeper juggling same-day turnovers during the busy season, starting the 2-hour dishwasher cycle before you leave would be a huge help—thank you!
Laundry Note: To help our very busy housekeeper, please gather used towels and start a load—towels take a long time to wash and dry. No need to worry about sheets; they’re cleaned off-site.
Trash note: If you’re able, taking the trash to the designated dumpster would be a big help. Our housekeeper is recovering from shoulder surgery and truly appreciates the extra kindness.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This house was absolutely perfect for our stay. We had (4) adults and (2) children. The downstairs layout was perfect for the parents with their kids! The location was amazing and within walking distance to everything in downtown Estes Park. The house was clean, the host was very communicative, and the kitchen had everything we possibly needed during our stay. If we go back to Estes Park one day, we will definitely seek this place out to stay again.

We loved our stay at the cozy Elk Cabin. It's conveniently located near the shops but far enough that you can enjoy the quiet starry night from the hot tub or nature from the balcony in the morning. There were plenty of starter supplies to get us through a 3 day stay. The appliances are top notch and everything was well-maintained. You can tell the hosts are thoughtful in every detail of their home to make your stay relaxing and memorable.

It worked out perfectly. Great space for our two families. Having en-suite master BR on main floor and two BRs downstairs with another large living area gave us plenty of space to separate whenever we preferred. Overlooking open space provides plenty of light and viewing of elk grazing! Pluses include a great hot tub on patio and walk ability to shops and river walk. Would definitely return.
