Nice spot

We added on an extra night to our original stay . We were told we could stay in the same room , but then they said ee could not so we had to Move all our luggage and stuff into another room . Angie in the the front office was super nice . Very apologetic. Our second room was so small so not as nice as we had originally had. Overall though it’s a very nice mountain spot and we enjoyed our time in Estes !!

Don’t be turned away by a motel . Estes mountain Inn was beautiful ! Very clean rooms, great linens and towels. Breakfast was good , and s’mores every night in lobby. Responsive front desk . Beautiful economical way to enjoy Estes park !

Clean, well kept. Friendly. Well maintained. Those primary important things. Warning, it's not plush. But there is a nice outdoor playing area for kids, and a gas fire pit. Breakfast is just cereal type stuff, but they'll direct you to some great breakfast restaurants.

I contacted them prior to arriving because we were going to be late. They gave us instructions so we could get into our room anyway. The room was nice and clean. It had turned cold and the air was on cool. We could not get the heat on that evening. They did help us the next day. Maybe instructions on use of remote for heat should be done. Otherwise, great stay😊

Room was very small. Morning staff was not reliable or customer oriented. Would talk on phone pretending to be helping customer, but really on a personal call. One morning, worker said orange juice was unavailable because the machine needed to be cleaned, and then made himself breakfast and made a personal call on speaker rather than clean the machine. Bella was terrific (evening staff). Location is fantastic.

Great hotel! Close to downtown. Indoor and outdoor pool. Laundry. Super cute smores area at night. We unfortunately didn’t have the breakfast. Estes shuttle come here on the weekends.
