There was a maintenance issue that made our ceiling fan inoperable and when I alerted them, they seemed genuinely caring to make it right. It wasn’t a big deal though so hopefully they fixed it once we left. Pool and hot tub next door was great, staff friendly and the breakfasts were a nice touch. Some improvements could be made there (like pouring milk more easily) but no biggie. We’ll return!

Breakfast wasn’t bad, wasn’t great, the rooms were small but clean and functional. For the area, for the price, I was more than happy with the accommodations. Staff was friendly. If you just need a small safe place to crash while you’re visiting Estes, I recommend this place. I’ll be coming back.
