Der Eingang zum Treppenhaus war zugestellt, die Treppe nur provisorisch mit Nägeln repariert und zudem sehr schmal, was den Zugang erschwert und unsicher macht.Wir hatten die Wohnungen New York.Die Sauberkeit ließ deutlich zu wünschen übrig: Flecken auf dem Sofa, ein verschmutztes Geschirrtuch und kein Vorleger oder Handtuch zum sicheren Ausstieg aus der sehr hohen Dusche – hier besteht akute Rutsch- und Sturzgefahr.Die Wohnung wirkt insgesamt stark verwohnt und in schlechtem Zustand. Mehrere lose Steckdosen, Kabel hängen aus der Wand und offene Kabeldosen, ein defektes Schlafsofa, lockere Klopapierhalter und Armaturen sowie ein Badschrank mit fehlender Ecke tragen nicht zu einem angenehmen Aufenthalt bei. Im Bad ist der Boden abgesunken, die Tür zwischen Wohn- und Schlafzimmer wirkt nur provisorisch, und in vielen Bereichen fehlen Fußleisten.Insgesamt leider kein empfehlenswerter Zustand für eine Wohnung, besonders wenn mann sich die Bilder auf der Webseite zum Vergleich nimmt.Sehr schade. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles, was man benötigt. Das Elternschlafzimmer ist ruhig nach hinten gelegen, auch im Kinderzimmer kann man gut bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen. Wenn die Renovierungsarbeiten im Treppenhaus abgeschlossen sind, ist es eine Traum-Ferienwohnung! Check-In und Check-Out funktionieren prima und die Parkplatzsituation ist total entspannt!
