Steps from a duck pond, cricket green, and 300-year-old pub, it blends rich wood floors, antique décor, and art-filled white walls. Bedrooms offer blackout blinds, neutral tones, and curtains for restful sleep. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen, cosy living space, and private outdoor area - perfect for a quiet escape with family or friends.

Step inside to discover a cozy lounge area with two comfortable sofas, seating five people, and a TV for your relaxation. The open-plan kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with all the essentials, featuring a cozy round dining table for five. You can use this to work from whilst gazing out into the garden that is behind a wall making is private.
Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms: two lovely rooms (super king and double beds) both with wardrobes and chest of draws. The 3rd room is a single with a single bed complete with wardrobes. There's also a family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. This is a well designed English cottage in beautiful grounds in the West End of Esher.
The back garden is truly special, featuring a tall, old stone wall that gives it a unique charm and a real sense of privacy—something quite rare in the area. It’s a peaceful space where you’ll find a beautiful garden with a dining table that comfortably seats six, perfect for alfresco meals. There are also lovely little nooks and quiet spots to soak up the sun or curl up with a book. The garden is spacious and serene, and you’ll only be sharing it with one other cottage, making it a perfect retreat. ,Tucked behind a wall making this a hidden treasure. Large parking area tucked next to the cottages. Off road free parking if you need extra space for friends visiting.
Situated in West End, Esher, you'll be just a short walk from West End Green, the Prince of Wales Pub, and Garsons Farm. Esher High Street is only a 10-minute walk uphill.
Schools: Claremont Fan Court School is near by (Portsmouth Road Entrance) 10min drive. ACS International School is a 12min drive away. Cobham, Oxshot and Kingston are a short drive away. It is the perfect spot to explore.
