Superb villa with exceptional views of the sea and the island of Hydra, located less than 4 km from the village of Ermioni, and 500 meters from Dardiza beach, Villa Dorothee can accommodate up to 9 people.
Upon entering the property located in an olive grove of 2 hectares, a large patio serves a separate double bedroom (with bathroom + WC), a furnished pergola (barbecue, outdoor dining room, garden furniture) as well than the main body of the house.
From the patio, an external staircase leads to the terrace of the villa with the panoramic view, perfect for quiet sunbathing.
The main house comprises, on the first floor, 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom + WC, an equipped kitchen, as well as a large dining / living room with a plunging view of Dardiza beach. On the lower floor are: a large double bedroom with the possibility of adding an extra bed, a dressing room, a bathroom + WC and the laundry room.
All rooms have air conditioning.
The villa is at the top of a hill, there is no neighbor nearby, so you will be assured of absolute peace and quiet while being a 5-minute drive from the village of Ermioni and its shops and restaurants.
The villa is perfectly suited for families with children: there is no road nearby, the surroundings are very quiet and secure without isolating you from village life.

Maison très agréable que nous recommandons
Belle et grande maison d'architecte avec une vue magnifique. Les propriétaires nous ont accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et nous avons passé 10 jours de vacances très agréables dans cette maison très bien équipée et décorée avec goût. Idéal pour séjourner à Ermioni tout en bénéficiant d'un calme royal.

Maison où il fait bon vivre.
Nos hôtes étaient charmants, très à l'écoute.
Bien équipée ,malgré 3 des 4 chambres un peu basiques pour 8 personnes mais comme nous n'étions que 4, c'était très bien. Située au milieu des oliviers, très bel environnement, jolie vue sur la mer, à quelques kilomètres des commerces et du port.
A recommander sans problème.

Lovely House with a fantastic view, enough space for all of us (7 Persons) and a more than full equipped kitchen and at least a really great interior furnishings. Costas was a great host, thank you! Supermarkets, Beaches and Erimonia very close!

It is a fantastic house in a quiet environment.
Costas took good care of us.We had a fantastic stay with three couples and 4 children in the house.
The House has a very good equipped kitchen and a wonderful view to the Coast.
We would definitely come back
