Located just 250m from crystal-clear waters and 600m from the family-friendly Lepitsa sandy beach and beachfront restaurant, the villa is perfectly positioned for relaxation, swimming, and water sports in calm, shallow coves.

The layout of the villa is designed for comfort and privacy: the main level includes a kitchen, living room, indoor/outdoor dining areas, WC, laundry room, and BBQ. The upper level features a master ensuite bedroom with a sea-view veranda and an office that can host 2 guests.
