Our beautiful penthouse with its lovely garden, part of a three-story villa is ideal for relaxing and peaceful holidays. Just 200m from the sea, this sunny and spacious apartment (100sqm) with 40sqm terrace, has stunning panoramic view over Ververonda lagoon, from almost every room. The villa is located near Porto Heli and the cosmopolitan island of Spetses, thus making it the perfect place to explore the dreamy beaches and the natural beauty of the area.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 persons and it has two bedrooms, the master bedroom with a queen-bed, LCD TV, an A/C and a private balcony and a twin room with two separate single beds. In the air-conditioned living room there is also a sofa that can turn into a queen size bed. The open plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen, the dining area and the fireplace leads to the 40sqm terrace with a wooden pergola. There you will find a six-chair dining table and a bamboo lounge set for you to enjoy the breathtaking seaview and the sunset. In the garden you can relax in the hammock under the pine trees overlooking the Ververonda lagoon. You are free to use the bbq and the cast iron wood oven as well as to taste the fresh vegetables and fruits from the garden.
