The room was one of the dirtiest i have ever stayed in. The mirror on the bathroom door may have never been cleaned. No vent cover on the fan. Lock was broken in the front door. Bathroom door was shredded. Just poor condition and unclean.

When we need for them to do the rooms later they won't. Do them.

The motel has boxes and trash everywhere. When I arrived all the dirty laundry was sitting out for guests to see. There are surveillance cameras everywhere outside and it was super creepy. In the bathroom there were holes in the walls, in the tub the soap holder had been brooken off then glued back on. The place was super trashy, they didn't even have enough clean towels to give us 4 the first day until they did laundry. We also had to send them searching for a do not disturb sign.

I was down in Alabama to drop off my children. The first half of my trip was spent in Enterprise. The room was very clean and the area was quiet. The housekeeping staff were pleasant. I would recommend this place to travelers looking for a good room at a reasonable price

Our room was extremely dirty. One of the mattresses's had a huge stain reminding us of a blood stain. Can't claim it to actually be that but it sure did look terrible. The mirror in the bath area had a large crack approx. 2 feet long. The bath tub could not be plugged. My 85 year old mother wanted to soak after hours of traveling. We tried blocking the drain with a wash cloth. It did not work. The woman working that night at the main desk had no clue and after calling her manager she still was not able provide any assistance to make the drain function. The door to the room looked like it had been broken open numerous time in the past and poorly repaired. With excess effort I could get it to close. I called for an extra pillow and Wash clothes and towels for the 3rd person we had with us. It was noted that we would have 3 in the original reservation. I had to go to retrieve it at the front office. When I got there, I was told I could have the pillow but would need to wait until the morning for the wash cloth and towel. You have to be kidding me. The hotel appeared to be completely empty with the exception of long term renters on the opposite side of the facility near the front. We were given a room opposite them half way back in the parking lot. The lighting in the lot was limited to one light in this area. Our car was the only car on that side of the hotel. We had to pass through a tunnel to reach the inner area where we gained access to the room. The inner area contained a swimming pool which I am sure some 20 years ago was nice feature and draw for the facility. Not feeling comfortable to leave my car in the secluded and dark area, I moved it up front under the lights by the office. We tried to laugh it all off. It was late at night and did not have the energy after the travels to seek out another place. We did not stay the second night. [...]

The perks of this hotel were that it had a microwave, refrigerator, cable/HBO, and free WiFi. The staff was nice and helpful. The location was optimal. However, the room had a 2 sq.ft. section of the ceiling with missing spackle, from a previous leak I assume. There were random splatter stains on the walls, of what I can only guess. The towels were small and rough, not quite sandpaper, but pretty close. The bed was pretty stiff, good if you like extra firm, and the pillows were flat. But it suited my needs, and was the cheapest rate in the area.

Location was perfect for our visit to Ft.Rucker. Hotel is close to shopping and resturants. Rooms was spacious, clean and everything worked. Will stay at again when in area.

I was in Enterprise to attend a funeral and just needed a quiet place to stay over night. This motel was excellent for my stay.

When we first arrived at the motel we werent too sure what to think. The grass wasnt cut and there werent many cars there. After we checked in, we finally found our room to be off in the middle of nowhere with no one else around and the other near by rooms to look run down. There were even mattresses just laying out in the court yard. When we first went into the room, it looks partially decent. The air conditioner was NOT on so it took about an hour for the room to cool down a little bit to a comfortable temperature. The couch looked like it came off the side of the road, and to top it all off we had to kill 5 bugs before we reached the toilet, making it a total of about 8 bugs to be killed before we could go to bed. Scared, we slept for only a few hours and got out of there as soon as possible. Would not recommend staying here at all.

We came to Enterprise on business. We left the room early in the morning and returned late every evening. [...] After arriving, I set up the ironing board to iron three work days worth of clothes. The iron in the room had a dark area on the surface of the iron, where as many do. I applied it to one of my expensive dress shirts on the collar and it transferred bright red onto my pink Nautica dress shirt ruining it. I immediately called the front desk to inform them and they left a note for the 'Manager' to contact me on my cell. They gave me another iron to use. It didn't even heat up. The third had another dark spot, but didn't transfer to our shirts, but it leaked water continuously. I asked for a new iron to be brought to us but that never happened. We left messages EVERY day and on two different shifts as well as his 'personal voice mail' for the Manager/Owner ([...]), who never returned our calls. We even called after we departed and when we returned to our FL home. I'm sure of 10+ messages left...we still have no reply. We will have frequent future visits to Enterprise in and wanted a decently priced place to stay. We wanted this guy to work with us on a ruined shirt due to their iron, but he would not even give us the courtesy of a call back! My offer to his daughter/dayshift front desk, (I believe this is a family run business) was that we'd pay for half the shirt (since it was worn twice) and they pay the other $18. Even the daughter agreed after I showed her the shirt and returned all three irons to her, and showed her the one that ruined it. The a/c was fabulous...worked great. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Will NEVER stay there again and recommend others don't either.
