Terrible Description and Information

First i wish i would have been told that the road to the house was a very long bumpy dirt road. When we first arrived we were met by Jose and he showed us around the house and he told us that one of the rooms downstairs was where he lives in. No where in the description says that there will be a host living in the house with us. My husband was very concerned because we have small children with us. Then he tells us theres a 12am quiet time. No where in the description says that either. Overall the house is beautiful but we were taken back by all these rules that wasnt on the listing.
