We just wanted to say we had the absolute BEST time at your oceanfront place! Seriously, the view was incredible – totally breathtaking, and the whole place felt so cozy and relaxing. Thanks so much for letting us stay in your lovely home; we felt so comfortable and at home there. We're already dreaming of coming back!

Amazing Beach House

One of the best places i have ever stayed at

Family gathering to celebrate my sons 30th bday. The house was amazing! Perfect size flr everyone. I gave the accuracy a 4 because in the description it says 2 bedrooms with bunkbeds and 2 queen beds but there are 2 bedrooms downstairs with 2 queen beds and 1 bedroom with bunkbeds. The place was so well stocked, the beach is literally steps away. It was an amazing weekend and would love to come back !! The owner responded to all of my questions so quickly

Nice Quiet Place

We spent the week and had a nice time. The new deck is fabulous for watching and hearing the waves crash. Loved the griddle for cooking out and that besides the charcoal grill should be noted in the description. The current pictures are ok, but more updated ones and a room layout would have been helpful. Lots of beach of gear and even fishing poles/tackle too were left behind which was used! The kitchen had adequate pans/utensils and I liked the extra seating. What I didn't like was having to reach out about when I was going to get the code for check in. Usually there is instructions on that. Also no instructions for check out either. We took out all our garbage and cleaned up best we could. It wasn't clear where the beach access was and we used stairs for the other private cottages. A simple map would have helped. The garbage cans were full and we heard the trucks down the street and rushed to get the cans out to the road. Not sure if someone was going to stop by to do that or not. I don't know that I would call this a beach house since it's not on the beach as I originally thought. Some updated pictures would have also cleared this up. We could definitely see some money has been sunk to update the place and it shows. It was a nice place to stay.

Stress free setting for big family celebration

This house was bright and inviting. It was accommodating and spacious for our 3 family units coming together for a 60th birthday celebration. We had everything we needed. The beach is only a few steps away, though a little tricky to get across the rocks and down to the shore with small children. We were able to rinse off easily outside the house after swimming and shark teeth finding. There is an outside staircase for those wary of the spiral staircase inside. We enjoyed family meals and game nights at the large dining table, and still has a nice view from the large windows when we got stuck inside during a storm. Thank you for a lovely and comfortable stay!

Great family place to stay. The outdoor shower is a huge bonus, plus the hose to wash everything down after fishing. Dining room view was awesome! We’ll definitely be back.

Property was very nice! We have stayed at Pelican Shores for years , always in separate cottages. We all stayed together. Plenty of room.
