Located 2 short miles to Englewood beach & the gorgeous island of Boca Grande is only a 15 min drive. Bring your boat & launch at the numerous boat ramps as close as 1 mile away, with space for your boat trailer on premises. The home is equipped with 4 beach chairs, corn hole, fire pit, game room and more! It’s a fantastic location to downtown & a walk to the local YMCA. Very clean with many amenities. Loved the fenced in backyard for the dogs. Owner was very assessable. Quiet neighborhood but town nearby. We enjoyed biking the area. Relaxing time.
