Our home and area are in great working order even after the recent October 2024 hurricanes.
Welcome to Sunrise Palms located only 2.5 miles to the Gulf Of Mexico! This updated home
comfortably sleeps 6 guests in total and home is truly set up for relaxation.
The backyard is fully fenced to play games, sunbath or entertain. The outdoor area provides a comfortable couch and space for dining. The string lights and fans help to provide a cool, vacation feel in the lanai. The pool is heated and has colored lights in it for night swimming. Enjoy your coffee in the morning on the lanai listening to the birds chirp as the sunrises over the pool palm trees.
Inside the home you will find a fully stocked kitchen (although no dishwasher), dining area for 6, and living room with flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi.
The Master bedroom has a King bed, guest bedroom #1 with queen bed, and guest bedroom #2 with two twin beds. Bedrooms have a shared bathroom with shower/tub combo and an extra full bath off of the kitchen/garage area (no a/c in this bathroom).
This home is centrally located in the town of Englewood - it is close distance to the Englewood Public Beach, the grocery store, and Historic downtown Dearborn Street offering charming locally owned restaurants ,coffee shops, boutiques, live music, shows, and more. The home is walking distance to lemon bay Park, and Indian Mound Park for sunsets over the bay. Enjoy sunrises from the home Lanai over the pool and backyard palm trees.
