This is a great house in an excellent location. The beds are comfortable and its a new renovation.Unfortunately, our first day we arrived to find guests in the house who were not checking out until the following day. Apparently there was some kind of miscommunication between the owner and the property manager and my parents were left scrambling to find a place to stay for one night, during Spring Break/Easter vacation. The odd thing was no one from the Management property reached out to me or my mom after the current renters called the owner and were told they were in fact not leaving until the following day. Several calls had to be made to different phone numbers to get someone on the phone to explain what was going on. We have been issued a refund for the first night and the motel room that was rented, but it was certainly an unpleasant start to our vacation. The one thing it is missing, however, is a dining room table. There is not one inside or outside. There are 4 chairs at the kitchen counter, and a high-top table for two, with regular height chairs (so you're chin is table-height) in the corner of the kitchen, so I guess there is seating for 6 to eat, but a table would be nice.Also, and maybe I missed it in the VRBO listing, but the owner accesses the boat at the dock via walking through the backyard. He was very nice and gave our kids some bait to fish, but it was a little awkward.
