With 10 bedrooms, 11.5 bathrooms and private beach access you will make memories to last a lifetime. Come enjoy the private saltwater pool, hot tub and cabana. Your outdoor living space is both spacious and perfect for entertaining and relaxing. Enjoy the sounds of the ocean just steps away. Off the pool enter into the game room including pool table, arcade games and flat screen TVs. This floor has a kitchen and Theatre Room also! Take the elevator to the third floor and be ready to be wowed by the amazing views, beautiful amenities and if you like to cook and entertain just wait, it's amazing really. Saturday to Saturday, 7 day rentals.
Check in after 4 pm, check out before 10 am. Cleaners are very prompt!
Linens and bath towels are included. Bring your own beach towels, beach equipment, and chairs. Beach umbrellas, beach chairs, and baby items may be rented locally. Ask property manager for info after booking to reserve them early.
Emerald Hideaway is pet friendly. Dogs only, no more than 2 per stay. Pet fee is per pet. Please add the 35.00 per night pet fee at time of booking, or let the Property Manager know after booking so she can add it. Property Manager will need to add second pet fee, so please let her know after booking.
Pool may be heated for an additional $625. Contact your property manager, she will need at least a 24 hour notice.
All guests pay a 55.00 damage protection fee at time of booking. This covers you up to 1500.00, only if guests report the damages BEFORE CHECK OUT to property manager.
Elevator inside home runs to all 3 levels.
Parking: 4 cars can park inside under house, 6 cars comfortably in driveway.
Guests must be at least 25 years old to book this property.
No smoking allowed.
Small events or retreats are welcomed!

This home is better than the pictures! There were 13 adults reconnecting from high school/college days (70s - 80s) and this home was perfect! It is very spacious and accommodating. The property manager was very responsive to all questions. We hope to return next year!!

Each floor had outstanding views and ample chairs with attached tables for morning coffee chats. The pool was in constant use because the pool heater compensated for the cool nights. The kitchen was well appointed and set up for a crowd. If you are looking for a rental for a large group this is a great choice.

Perfect Beach Vacation

We stayed here in August of 2024 - a few related families (20 people). We have rented numerous VRBOs in different places across the country, and this was by far our favorite VRBO ever. Exceptional views and beach access, a unique curved vaulted ceiling on the top floor with generous gathering space. It felt like we could have hosted 30-40 people in the top floor gathering space with ease. Wonderful play areas for the teens with arcades and a movie room and each of the bedrooms were really well sized with nice en suite bathrooms. The pool and hot tub were in great shape and routine service was performed while we were there to ensure they continued working properly. Communication with the property manager was prompt, clear and helpful. I really cannot recommend this property more - we'll be back for sure.

The kitchen and seating area were perfect for cooking meals and being able to all sit down together for meals. We loved all the space on the top floor, allowing us to all relax and gather together, and the bedrooms were spacious and cozy — everyone slept great!The highlight for us was definitely the game room and pool. Would have loved to have an outside TV so we could watch and hang in pool! We enjoyed having a space where we could all hang out, play games, swim, and make memories together. It really made the trip special.The house had some really nice touches like the many icemakers! definitely a plus. The only small suggestion we have would be if the fridge had a filtered water option, so guests don’t need to rely on bottled water. Other than that, everything was fantastic, and we’d absolutely stay here again!

Tracy was a great help with all things getting into the property as well as during the stay. A problem with the dual oven occurred and Lee promptly arrived to assist. Bottom line - if there is a problem, the staff "Makes-it-Right."
