Elevators in high rise buildings for your convenience. 2 Parking Passes per Condo.

115 West Sound of the Sea is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Almost Oceanfront condo located on the first floor of Building 3. Enjoy the modern light and airy feel of the great room including the living area with Double Sleeper Sofa, covered balcony with furniture with Atlantic Ocean views, Dining Area, and Fully Equipped Kitchen. Welcoming Master Bedroom with King Bed, TV & private full bath. Comfortable Bedroom #2 with a Queen Bed + Twin Bunk Bed, TV, and access to shared full bath.

Amenities Include: 3 Smart TVs with access to streaming apps; Wireless High Speed Internet; HVAC, Ceiling Fans; Fully Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Keurig Coffee Maker, Refrigerator, Stove/Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Air Fryer, Slow Cooker; In-unit Washer/Dryer; Private Balcony with Furniture.

Linens and Towels Provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.

Rents Weekly Saturday-Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 2-night minimum stay in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
