Welcome to "Sea La Vie" located at 302 Cedar Street ~ a charming 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, Emerald Isle beach retreat! This cozy 3 level home features two queen beds and a single-over-full bunk bed, ensuring everyone has a comfortable spot. Arrive to beds made and all linens provided, including bedding, bath, and kitchen towels. On the first level of this beach house, there is a game room with pool table that is perfect for friendly competitions after a day by the sea, a full bath, and an adjacent bonus room with sofa. The second level features a modern kitchen, bath and bedroom. The top level has two bedrooms and a newly remodeled bath. For your outdoor pleasure a gas grill, enclosed, hot/cold outdoor shower, and an outdoor covered sitting area is ideal for enjoying morning coffee or an evening dinner alfresco. Outdoor patio area is fenced. Bring your pets to this pet-friendly max 50 lbs. each, with a $250 non-refundable fee per pet).

The location is unbeatable: you’re only 0.4 miles from the subdivision free gated oceanfront parking lot (making hauling your beach gear a breeze), and Cedar Street Park’s public sound access is the same distance away – perfect for sunrise paddles or sunset strolls along the water.
