Berry Cove Cottage-Oceanfront!

Welcome to your home away from home in Lamoine! This charming oceanfront cottage offers amazing views, comfortable accommodations and an unbeatable location! Offering two bedrooms and two bathrooms in the main home, along with a one-bedroom bunkhouse, this home can sleep up to six guests. Explore the shoreline, take in the views from the deck or enjoy some quiet time in this beautiful cottage. Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor are less than 30 minutes away!

The Space:
The main home features an open concept living room in kitchen along with reading nook. Guests will also find a first-floor bedroom with bunk beds along with a full bath with shower. The bunk bed also offers a trundle single bed option, which makes three single beds in that room. On the second floor, the master bedroom has exceptional water views and a king size bed. The en-suite bathroom offers a bathtub (no shower). The bunkhouse is a short walk behind the home and features a queen-size bed. Please note that the bunkhouse does not have a bathroom and is cooled by fans. The cottage is well equipped with many books, dvd's and board games, perfect for rainy days!

Guest Access:
Parking is available in the driveway. Guests will have access to entire property. A washer and dryer is in the basement, which is accessed from the outside of the home.

Nestled between Ellsworth and Mount Desert Island, it offers stunning views of Frenchman Bay, quiet beaches, and access to Acadia National Park just 30 minutes away. With fewer crowds and a slower pace, Lamoine is ideal for those seeking natural beauty, outdoor adventures, and a true taste of Down East Maine.

Other Things to Note:
Guests should be prepared to navigate uneven terrain when accessing the shoreline. We do ask that guests be respectful of neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 10pm and 7am.
