This review is about Suite 103. We booked it for 4 adults. It had 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Check-in was easy: a code was sent to us via text to unlock the keypad. But it was all downhill from there. Beds were terribly uncomfortable. Bedrooms did not have a dresser or closet! Nor was there a place to put an open suitcase except on the floor. Bathroom was large but was a lot of empty space; it had only a small vanity and small dimly-lit shower. No towel bars, hooks, shelves. Towels were old and were stacked on a stool.

My wife and I enjoyed the room we stayed in. It was large and nice clean. We enjoyed having plenty of space to sit. Only downside is no towel holders in the bathroom. The lodge is walking distance from everything in downtown Ellicottville.

Great on all accounts, except one thing... The under-powered window air conditioner. It got pretty uncomfortable. Granted , the humidity last night was extremely high. But, hoping they can figure out the AC situation. Even still, we would come back for sure, and recommended to our friends.

This is a cool little place off the beaten path. Loved that the rooms were bigger than a normal hotel room and could accommodate our larger family. It’s a tad rustic, but room was clean and stocked with everything you would need.

The room was a little pricey for what it was. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. I thought it was weird that the bathroom sink was in the main room and not in the bathroom, I know it’s hard to change things structurally but maybe lower the room price. And there was no trash can in the room.

The property is a short walk to town and very easy check in. We stayed in room 103 it was a 2 bedroom, clean and the couch and chair were comfortable. Decor was fine. The Shower needs a gut job (although pressure and temp were fantastic) and some of the ceiling tiles need to be replaced. The beds were way too soft on the bunk beds and there were absolutely zero dressers to store our clothing. Strangest thing. If I was there skiing for a week I would have been really upset but we were only there for the night. Nice to have the full kitchen to cook as option for longer stays and each room had a bar fridge too. I would stay here again, perhaps in another room with a firmer mattress. Jess was great.

Not at all as advertised. The room is much smaller. Beds were ridiculously uncomfortable, stand alone bed sounded like it was going to break when we sat on it. Shower was so tiny that I had a hard time taking a shower and I’m a tiny person! The room was ridiculously hot and the fan that was provided did absolutely nothing to help.

Close to town and affordable. Walking to town depends on the person as it is a longer walk. Beds very comfortable. Older building that needs some updating. Never saw staff if there were any but we didn’t need anything.
