Perfect stay for the weekend. It’s nothing fancy but it has everything you need! The walk to town is less than 10 minutes away and it the cutest! Great bars, restaurants and shops!

Cute place as the pictures show. And a very short walk to the heart of Ellicottville. But the walls are paper thin and you hear everything going on in the rooms around you. The mattress was old and should have been replaced. The headboard did not match the bed frame and was poorly secured. Finally, the water is hard and the water pressure is mediocre, making it hard to get all the soap / shampoo rinsed clean.

Cycling in EVL

Terrific location, walking distance to downtown and vicinity. Wonderful architecture in and around the village. Enjoying biking about with a must-stop at the brewery and bakery in the morning!

Very clean and comfortable!

Loved how well maintained this property is, and the cleanliness. The only snag for us was that I thought we would have two double beds. I think that was my error upon booking. It ended up working out just fine. The lodge is a wonderful place to stay and experience all that Ellicottville has to offer! Would recommend.

Not as cozy as hoped...

While the property was ideally located the bed was neither comfortable (lack of pillows) nor quiet, with every turn it creaked or hit the wall. Further, the heat was rather extreme, and it was 20 degrees outside, but when I reached out there was no solution so I ended up just opening windows. There was also little to no sound barrier between floors, or walls so everyone's conversation was easily heard at a murmur or more.

Nice place to stay for a night or two while skiing

Relatively decent place, good area right outside of town. It is a little hard to find and check in instructions aren’t listed or given to you, but it is easy to figure out. The room was small, but if you are only staying for the night and out all day it isn’t too big of a deal. There was no mini fridge in our room as listed, but we didn’t need it anyway. The bed was SUPER comfortable, very nice to pass out on after a long day of skiing. It did get pretty noisy with other people coming in and out, but earplugs are provided which helped. It says it is a no smoking facility, but there were definitely people smoking as the hallway smelled strongly of miss mary jane. Overally our stay was decent.
