Special note:
We have strict no pet policy.
Booking Guest must be of 25 years of age. Up to 4 Cars can be parked only on the driveway. Weight capacity of bunkbeds is 200 Lbs. For TVs please use your Amazon Prime or Netflix Account.
We kindly ask that you leave the home in the same condition at check-out as it was when you arrived. Thank you for your cooperation! Please make sure to follow the check-in and check-out procedures carefully to avoid any additional charge of $500. Do not temper with the settings of the thermostat.

1. Safety & Security
• The front door must be locked at all times when leaving the property.
• Windows and patio doors must be securely closed when you are not home.
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

2. Cleanliness Expectations
These are standard VRBO expectations and ensure the home remains in good condition for the next guest:
• Please use garbage bags and place all household trash inside the outdoor garbage bin.
• Do not leave food exposed on counters, floors, or furniture.
• Dispose of perishable food before checkout.
• Wipe up spills when they occur to avoid stains or odors.
• Please avoid tracking dirt or mud indoors; use mats and remove muddy shoes/boots at the entrance.

• Please wash used dishes or load them into the dishwasher before checkout.
• Do not leave food inside the sink or garbage disposal.
• Only soft food waste may go into the disposal—no large quantities or hard items.
• Turn off appliances after use.

• Smoking, vaping, or any form of tobacco use is not permitted anywhere inside the home, including near open doors where smoke can enter.
• If you smoke outdoors, please close doors behind you and dispose of cigarette waste properly.

• Turn off lights, fans, and appliances when not in use or when leaving the home.
• Please operate heating, cooling, and ventilation responsibly.

• Beds, linens, and furniture should be used respectfully.
• Please avoid placing dirty items, muddy shoes, or food on bedding or furniture.

• Flush toilets after each use.
• Dispose of sanitary items in the trash, not the toilet.

8. Checkout Requirements
To make checkout simple and clear:
• Take all trash to the outdoor bin.
• Discard any opened or perishable food.
• Wash dishes or place them in the dishwasher and run a cycle.
• Ensure the home is left in a tidy condition similar to how it was provided.
• Turn off all lights, fans, and appliances.
• Lock all doors and windows when leaving.

• Maintain reasonable noise levels.
• Smoking must be done away from windows and doors.
• Do not leave items, shoes, or trash outside without permission.

Excessive cleaning, damage, or violation of house rules may result in additional fees according to VRBO policies.
(Examples include excessive trash, damage to appliances, smoking inside, clogged drains, or unusually untidy conditions.)
