lock on room door did not work. They couldn’t put us in another room because they said there were no other rooms. We had to find and stay at another hotel at 8pm. Hotel manager refused to refund us the room charge that was booked a month ago when i called to dispute saying that the lock worked. YOU ARE A LIAR!! Terrible customer service. Look elsewhere.

We were surprised with how nice this hotel was based off the price! Absolutely everything was easy and the hotel was very clean. We were even provided freshly baked cookies at bedtime. The kids got to swim at night. We had continental breakfast in the morning that even had food for the kids to enjoy. It was perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Snowcap Lodge! The staff here are all so kind & friendly! The breakfast was delicious and so well attended to~ very clean and stocked fresh. Our room was so clean & comfortable. All the staff~ especially the front desk were top notch. We will definitely be coming back!! Thank you!!

We’ve stayed many times now for our equestrian shows at the horse park. We love the location convenience and the rooms are comfortable. The daily room cleaning is hit and miss. Breakfast could also improve. Staff is always very nice and accommodating.

Wonderful hotel in Cle Elum

What a wonderful and unexpected hotel. The owner has spared no expense in remodeling this hotel. The room was very spacious and everything was nice, huge bath towels, and the bed was so comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.
