Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. The lighting in the bathroom was great and I liked the large counter for holding all of our toiletries. The shower curtain needed washed and the floor could use a good scrubbing. Breakfast and coffee were good. The only disappointment was the hot tub- it was lukewarm rather than hot.

Stayed two nights. Would loved to have stayed longer to explore more of Elkins. Definitely a recommended city. Hotel was perfect. Great breakfast and loved the daily fresh cookies coffee and tea available. Staff super friendly. All of downtown is walkable and safe... Great relaxing in hot tub. Room was well insulated; never heard another guest and the hotel was full as far as we could tell. Stay here, you won't be disappointed.

Was an amazing stay hotel was amazing had an issue trying to figure out the TV called the front desk they immediately came and got the issue corrected pool and spa were very well kept and clean and breakfast was amazing lots of options
