Discover this stately house located on the second line of the sea, with capacity for 10 guests and with air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms.
On the ground floor there is a large living-dining room with direct access to the front patio of the house, as well as the kitchen, which is fully equipped.
On this floor there are also 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the upper floor we find the bedroom suite, with its own bathroom, and the remaining bedroom.
At the back of the house there is a newly built swimming pool, as well as a furnished porch to enjoy the warmer days.
The beach is less than two minutes walking, and additionally, a few minutes away is the Passeig Marítim de Coma-Ruga, where one can find a great variety of restaurants and bars, as well as being able to enjoy a pleasant walk at any time of the day. This house is ideal for those guests who travel with their family and are looking for comfort and convenience above all else.
Important: groups of young people under the age of 27 are not accepted. Do not send the request if the requirements are not met. The owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation for guests who do not comply with this condition.
