If I could leave no stars I would. I’ve been booking properties for a while and by far this one has been the worst. To start off check in was chaotic because the house alarm went off so I had to contact host to have it shut off. Second, neighbors (specifically left side neighbor) will block the parking so it’s chaotic to get out from property, and to top it off always gave a rude aspect by always browsing around property and giving dirty looks just very nosey overall. Communication with host was very vague, only answered when he wanted and when he had a problem. Overall property is mis advertised, claims events can be hosted and capacity at 20 but my gathering didn’t even make it to 20 people and host was rude all evening, keep in mind it was all family and with kids around, I respect all his rules, made sure to clean, and noise was kept down but still he had a problem with it. PSA don’t advertise something you’re not willing to give your guests. Pool wasn’t able to be used temperature of water was 65 degrees Fahrenheit and when asked to warm up water which can be controlled through his phone it wasn’t done. Host does control everything through phone and will shut down all lights. Water in showers is either too hot or too cold. Overall it’s mis advertised and not worth the price paid, book somewhere else.

Had a fantastic stay.. House was beautiful. Very clean and spacious. The only issue i had was the water temperature in the showers.. it was either too hot or too cold.. couldn't get the right temperature. But definitely would stay there again.. the host Adrian responded to question promptly..
