"Fantastic location and all staff were friendly. Fantastic service. Slight hiccup with our room on the first day, however Lucus was fantastic dealing with it and it was resolved prompt. Janne, Mary, Marian (and one other lady, who joined us on the cruise, apologies forgot name) were welcoming, professional, friendly and very informative. Answered every question with the highest professionalism. Lover was outstanding customer service. Valuable asset to the team! Anna, Kelvin, Steven Angel and Ethan, brilliant! Honestly, special mention to Anna and Kelvin, the remembered my orders perfectly. Angel sunset cruise guide, Zandro boat captain, Jules sunset cruise guide all fantastic on the sunset cruise.
