Staff were Extremely kind and helpful. Amenities were exceptional and tasteful. Truly made the stay feel like a stay in Paradise.

Besides the road to the hotel, it’s a very nice hotel

Staff always willing to help and always smiling but inexperienced. They need more training especially in delivering clear communication and in timeliness. The front desk told us of the power outage between 1-3pm and we go to the bar to get free drinks. She failed to mention we could not order food even just a salad. The bar staff did not know about the free drinks. The bar staff knew nothing about the free drinks. They need more staff in the dining room it seems. The breakfast buffet spread was not ready when it was supposed to. Service was slow when you order food. Restaurant food below par and small portion for the prices. The egg maker at the breakfast buffet put too much oil. The massage staff would not heed to request to soften the strokes. My whole body ached for days. Why bother to have customers fill out a form for preferences if it is to be disregarded anyway. She asks if we want the lights dimmed. That should be a given. Massage rooms were great especially for couples as it has its own private bathroom and toilet The front desk Supervisor was great in assisting in our transport to Apulit resort. Rooms were good size. They have a potential to be a great hotel but for now they are still below expectation. If this were a dry run or test before their grand opening sometime this month, they failed. At a minimum, the buffet breakfast ought to be ready at the posted start time.

It was still in the soft opening stages so there are lots of little kinks that need to be worked out like no wine list, staff didn’t know that certain areas were reserved, scheduled power outage, check in process was a little long, etc.... but the potential of what this property is amazing. The staff was very nice and helpful, the pool area is beautiful, rooms are modern and comfortable. I’m excited to see what this property will be like by next year. I would totally come back if in El Nido!

We booked the hotel for 3 nights as the pictures and the location looked satisfying on the website. Once we arrived we we're surprised to know that the hotel is brand new and there are still many contractions in progress which you can hear and see everywhere on the property.
