Hotels on the Lake in El Lago

"The whole time we were at this hotel we had to fight every night for extra towels because housekeeping would only give us two when there were four of us staying. When we asked for extra rags, we were told that they were “sold out.” When checking in I was told that I needed to pay $10 extra for two extra people in my room. Then, that night, when we asked for more towels and blankets, we were asked to pay $30 more for the extra people at 11:30 at night, even though when i was booking the rooms, there was absolutely nothing about there only being two people in my room with a kind size bed and a couch bed. After we paid the $40 extra, we could have just gotten a room with 2 double bed and been more comfortable. The breakfast was also very minimal and not good at all. "

"Concierge at check in placed me in a room that was quiet (3rd floor vs 1st floor). my socks were dirty after walking in socks in room= carpet dirty???"
