Very impressed with the property. The overview was accurate and the view superbly gorgeous. Stayed for 26 days and enjoyed every one.

Magnifique vue sur la mer en 1 ère ligne de mer, chien accepté et petit parc juste à côté, tram à 500m Points positifs : la vue, la propreté et sécurité de la résidence, la gentillesse des locataires. La chambre : le lit très confortable et la grande armoire dressing très pratique. Le chauffage surtout vu les points négatifs ci-dessous Les points négatifs : La luminosité qui nous réveille dans la chambre dès le lever du soleil, en mars 7h, le store n’est pas collé au mur il gondole même donc le jour passe. Ce qui amène à la partie loggia, un seul petit store pour le soleil sur un côté mais rien sur la plus grande partie, en mars ça tapait déjà bien derrière les carreaux. Courage pour l’été malgré la climatisation ça doit être intenable. Autre énorme problème les vitres de la loggia, contrairement aux photos on ne peut plus qu’ouvrir 4 vitres, et c’est pas simple. Mais le pire c’est que le loquet de fermeture tient mal, la poignée est un bricolage avec une vis, et beaucoup de joint des vitres sont abîmés voir inexistant par endroits, donc il fait vite froid et par grand vent comme nous avons eu, le vent s’engouffre, siffle et obligé de bloquer la porte avec un fauteuil pour ne pas qu’elle s’ouvre. Dernier point juste visuel mais pourrait être amélioré, le placard vitré de la loggia, ou l’on voit tout le bazar stocké à l’intérieur, (en vrac) papier toilette, serviettes, produits d’entretien etc. Un désodorisant pour masquer l’odeur d’égout à notre arrivée aussi .

We konden vroeger inchecken, Chantal stond ons op te wachten, en vermits we geen wagen gehuurd hadden (wat daar toch nodig is), hebben ze ons naar de dichtstbijzijnde winkel gebracht. Rustig gelegen appartement, netjes, winkels op 1,5 á 2 km lopen.

Le bleu pour témoin

Perché au dernier étage d’un immeuble tranquille, l’appartement où j’ai séjourné à El Campello offrait une vue à couper le souffle sur la Méditerranée. Chaque matin, le bleu infini de la mer s’invitait dans mon café, et chaque soir, le coucher du soleil semblait dessiner des tableaux rien que pour moi.Propre, lumineux, calme, ce petit coin de paradis accepte même les chiens (bien éduqués )— un vrai bonheur pour moi de pouvoir partager ces instants avec ma compagne à quatre pattes. À seulement deux kilomètres du centre-ville, l’emplacement est parfait : assez proche pour flâner sur la promenade en fin d’après-midi, assez éloigné pour savourer la paix.Le tram passe à proximité, rendant les déplacements simples et agréables, et le parking privé et sécurisé est un vrai plus.Des vacances au goût de liberté, de silence habité, et de beauté simple. El Campello m’a offert un instant suspendu.

Heerlijk weekje weg met fantastisch uitzicht

Prima appartement, op 10 ninuten lopen van de tram. Goed uitgerust en schoon. Verhuurster reageerde vlot en gaf goede tips. Goede prijs kwaliteitverhouding.

Appartement avec une très belle vue mer, refait à neuf, bonne literie, au 7eme étage

El Campello est une station proche d'Alicante sympathique et moins urbanisée que Sans Juan ( jolie plage de sable). L'appartement avec une très belle vue était calme et la propriétaire est très sympathique . Le tram ( proche) était un plus pour visiter Alicante. Les adresses de restaurants données par la propriétaire étaient bien.

Excellent accueil de la propriétaire Chantal pour le départ et du couple d'amis à l'arrivée. L'appartement est joliment décoré et très pratique. L'environnement est calme et une plage se trouve à 50 mètres. Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine. Merci

Emplacement au calme et vue exceptionnelle

Perfect apartment and views

Chantal met us on arrival and showed us round the charming apartment. The view from the large balcony is breathtaking, to the left is the ocean to the centre a village and to the right the mountains. The apartment itself is very clean and has everything you might need. The bed is extremely comfortable. We would recommend a car as the town of el Campello with its shops supermarkets cafes and restaurants are a distance away. But the tram that takes you into town is just a short walk away.

Wonderful stay in a fantastic home

Modern appartement met mooi zeezicht

We hebben in oktober een fijne week doorgebracht in dit appartement. Alles kraakhelder. Parking binnen residentie. Te voet of met auto naar gezellige boulevard El Campello. Tram op loopafstand gaat richting Alicante of la Villa Joiosa/Benidorm.

Lovely but a bit remote. Rude hosts

The views are lovely and the apartment is a good size for two people. The kitchen layout was a bit awkward at times as the sockets were all on one side near the cooker. Also there are no shops or bars close to the apartment meaning you have to walk a considerable distance. There is a tram stop locally but they dont stop after a certain time meaning the nearest is El Campello if you want to stay out late, which is not within walking distance so requires a taxi. We did not appreciate the rude text we received from Chantelle about check out. She said she would call but didn’t so we left the keys on the table. On return to the UK we received a rude text about the flat being dirty. Having paid 40 euros for cleaning we don’t expect to have to clean it before we leave but it really wasn’t that bad. We were only provided with one bin bag , 3/4 of a toilet roll and a small amount of hand soap so had to buy more which we would have expected to be provided.
