This is a basic 3 star hotel definitely not a 4 , Dark and dingy bar area, no coat hangers no extra pillows, we had a side sea view room with a lovely view but no balcony that you could sit on.

Excellent hotel, 2 blocks from the beach. Only issue is that the rooms take awhile to cool because there is no air conditioning in the hallways

My husband and I had an amazing stayed at Family Gallo Rojo Hotel. The staff are wonderful. We felt very comfortable in the hotel because the staff are very friendly. Location, swimming pool and rooms are great and the beach is one of the best that I I have been in my life. I will defenetelly come back to this hotel.
