The house has a large, partly shared, fenced garden, which is child-friendly with a sandpit and toys. You can use the bicycles and the wagon. 2 parking tickets are available.
The house has 3 bedrooms. All bedrooms have running hot and cold water. The bedrooms have a bathroom with toilet. The house has its own central heating. Electricity is partly generated with solar panels, and hot water with a solar boiler. Pets are not allowed. Smoking in the house is prohibited. Egmond aan Zee is located in the middle of the Noord-Hollands Duinreservaat. You can cycle hundreds of km's and walk on beautiful cycle paths and walking routes. The rental price includes annual tickets for the 'Noord-Hollands Duinreservaat' National Park. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Stadt und Meer

Grundsätzlich ein süßes Ferienhaus mit wahnsinnig viel Potenzial. Es hat alles was es braucht, aber beim Blick in die baugleichen Nachbarhäuser sieht man den Investitionsrückstand in diesem Haus doch sehr deutlich. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und haben sowohl Amsterdam als auch die Natur genossen. Lieben Dank für die tolle Betreuung und alles Gute für die Eigentümer.

Schöne Tage im schönen Haus

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sehr ruhige Lage, zum Einkaufen nicht weit, zum Strand auch nur ein paar Minuten. Der Vermieter ein netter Mensch, für ein Schwätzchen gern zu haben. Auch seine gute Fee sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Am positivsten: super Matratzen, ist ja nicht immer so. Einziger Nachteil, da wir beide gehbehindert sind, war die steile Treppe ein kleines Manko. Aber ich glaube das ist in Holland so.

Sehr schöner Urlaubsort am Meer, wunderschöne Umgebung, gute Gastronomie.

Das Haus ist zentral gelegen und 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Die Wohnung ist groß uns super aufgeteilt für Familien mit Kindern, Ist gut ausgestattet ( Küchengeräte, Spiele, Informationen zur Umgebung....) Aber ist manches sehr alt und Renovierungsbedürftig.

Wonderful, Comfortable and Welcoming Introduction to Holland

I am a Dutch born Oma, from Canada introducing 4 grandchildren, ages, 14, 11, and 7 year old twins to the Dutch way of life for three weeks and luckily discovered the home at Egmond aan Zee. From the beginning Henk was in touch with me and answered all my questions about the house and location. A most welcoming and gracious landlord indeed. The house was clean, comfortable with adequate supplies of linen, dishes, pots and pans, and appliances. The house and the location were just the perfect fit for the family, and when taking our day trips, and making our way back, we always said we are going home. The beach is 26 km of splendour, and the village services were excellent, with a great grocery store, wonderful bakery, nut shop, the great pizza restaurant with the delicious gelato with slagroom, that we visited most evenings, numerous restaurants, and interesting shops Public transit brought us to all the locations that we visited, including Alkmaar, Bergen, Amsterdam, and DeHaag. We always looked forward to the Wednesday Market that came to town. Our memories of Holland and Egmond Aan Zee will be imprinted for all of us for years to come. Henk will always be remembered with a special fondness for providing us with a wonderful home, kindness, and showing us what Dutch hospitality is all about. DHH in bester Lage

Ein schon älteres Haus in gutem, sauberem Zustand mit Garten, sehr ruhig und trotzdem zentral gelegen. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Garage bzw. kostenloser Parkplatz sowie Dünenzutrittskarten gehören dazu. Ortschaft auch sehr empfehlenswert, Ausflüge ins hektische Amsterdam sollte man gut vorbereiten, Alkmaar ist fast schöner und bedeutend ruhiger. Insgesamt ist das Preisniveau in den Niederlanden für deutsche Normalverdiener recht hoch. Im Haus findet sich alles, was man benötigt, der Garten wird z.T. mit den Gästen aus Haus 1 geteilt. Kleiner Nachteil: WC ist unten, Schlafräume (alle mit Waschbecken) oben - die Treppe ist sehr steil. Fazit: mit kleinen Abstrichen rundum empfehlenswert.

Zu schade für nur ein Wochenende

Wir sind mit einer großen Gruppe in die beiden Häuser in Egmond gefahren, 2 Familien mit je 2 Kindern plus drei Erwachsene. Unser erster Eindruck: Ein schönes Städtchen mit sehr tollem Strand. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, Supermarkt und Strand in Laufentfernung, trotzdem ruhig in einer wenig befahrenen Straße. Beide Häuser sind perfekt eingerichtet und entsprechen genau der Beschreibung. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet, um auch viele Personen zu bekochen. Die steilen Treppen in den ersten Stock sind mit Gittern oben und unten für Kleinkinder gut gesichert. Die Betten sind klasse und für jeden "Rückentyp" geeingnet. Auch 2 Personen pro Haus mit "Überlänge" finden das passende Bett. Der hintere Garten mit großer Rasenfläche ist im Sommer sicherlich prima für Kinder oder spontane Grillabende. Es gibt zusätzlich einen Schuppen mit Fahrrädern, eine Werkstatt für kleine Do-it-yourself-Reparaturen und einen großen Handbollerwagen für den Kinder- und Badesachentransport zum Strand. Leider waren wir nur für ein Wochenende hier, können uns aber sehr gut vorstellen, in diesen Häusern auch einmal für ienen längeren Urlaub zu bleiben.

Sehr gutes eingerichtet Haus mit sehr viele Extras

Komfortables großes Ferienhaus mit große Garten. Der Garten kann abgeschlossen werden und ist kinderfreundlich eingerichtet. Bollerwagen, Kinderwagen, Spielzeuge, alles ist anwesend. Nicht nur die Fahrräder, gratis schnelles Internet-Anschluß, aber auch die Eintrittskarte für die Nationale Parken in Nord-Holland sind super.
