Wonderful as Always!

Horseshoe Bay Cottages is our happy place! We absolutely loved cottage 4 with the beautiful decor and very comfortable bed. We look forward to our next visit!

Fantastic Stay! Will definitely be back.

Unit was perfect for 2 couples. Very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed the access it provided to Horseshoe Bay amenities. Will absolutely be back again!

Best 2BR in Door County!

Beautiful spacious 2br on the golf course and bluff above Horseshoe Bay! Great restaurant and bar and beach house with pool and hot tub overlooking the bay.

Autumn in the Door

This was a perfect place to stay with quick access to where we wanted to be in the Egg Harbor, Fish Creek, Ephraim areas. Having 2 rooms with king beds and private bath such a plus. Everything we needed for a fun, quiet, relaxing stay in Egg Harbor.

Autumn trip to see leaves and go to see the Packers.

It was wonderful. The accommodations were clean and we had everything we needed. Loved the location, fireplace and large jacuzzi tub. Having use of the Club facilities was an added benefit. This quiet location is minutes from Egg Harbor with great views of Green Bay. We will be back!

I gave a 3 out of 5 for a few reasons. The unit had beautiful views of the golf course. Actually they were spectacular! A few items would have made the experience better. The dishwasher is all rusty inside and actually didn’t work when we tried to use it. Body wash in the showers would have been nice. A cutting board in the kitchen would have been nice. The vents are rusty and should be updated. A few minor things would improve the unit !

Relaxing January Stay

My husband and I along with another couple enjoyed a long weekend at Horseshoe Bay #4 in early January. The condo is as listed, with two king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. I would suggest more bath towels and washcloths be provided as there was only one washcloth per bathroom for two couples. Our friends brought their own, or we would have had to contact the property manager. The condo has a lovely view of the golf course and a beautiful balcony that I'm sure is enjoyable in warmer weather. We truly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book again!

Our Stay

We stayed in this unit two years ago and love the location! Please take note of the following items that need to be addressed in this unit to make a guest's stay more comfortable. In the kitchen, a complete trip to Target is necessary. There was no cookie tray for baking and only a few baking pans. The utensils were severely lacking, there wasn't a full set of matching drinking glasses, and the kitchen mitts/towels were pretty worn. In the bathrooms, please provide fluffy bathrobes so guests can enjoy coffee on the balcony in the cool mornings or late evenings. While there were two extra blankets, there wasn't an extra set of sheets for the couch or extra pillows. The walls in the unit and the exterior hallways could really use a fresh coat of paint and, lastly, Plug-Ins in the exterior hallways are much needed, as there was a very stale smell throughout our stay. We love Horsehoe Bay and want everyone that stays there to feel it is a 4 Star experience, hence our suggestions. Kind regards, Nancy & Phil Simonsen
