Staff was rude, and odd when checking in. Our first room had no curtains or working lights. They also wouldn't give us 15 minute late check out.The hotel exterior is old and unclean but the roons are very nice, spacious and clean. We really liked our room a lot and would come back. PETS STAY FREE

There was a microwave, not plugged in. A working fridge & freezer. The room was booked for 2 people, but only had 1 coffee cup and only decaf coffee. The cups and coffee were replaced when asked. The wi-fi password didn't work as no site was available to use it! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Good for an overnight stay!

It was helpful having a kitchenette including a 3/4 size fridge and freezer and toaster since breakfast wasn’t included. We weren’t given a password to use wifi. The shower, tv and bed were decent. The room was surprisingly quiet. The property itself could use some major repairs. There was rust and mildew and taped air leaks on the exterior wall and crumbling concrete on the stairs to the 2nd floor.

Fast easy check-in. Room was completely remodeled and clean. Hotel is close shopping and plenty of good places to eat. The only complaint I have is there was never anyone at the desk in front. I ended up leaving room cards on the desk to check out because no one was to be seen or heard of up front.
