Fitness center is an exercise in frustration with poorly working equipment and a tiny cramped space.
Far too many up front parking spots are dedicated to EVs while I had to park in the far back corner of the parking lot
Check in staff was "robotic" and simply repeating what she was told to say and shuffled me thru like cattle at an auction.
Rewards program has changed and now basically just offers hotel gift cards. As a business traveller who stays more than he wants in a hotel and has their expenses paid for, the last thing I want for a reward is another hotel stay.
I contacted the hotel about all of this in their post-stay questionnaire they sent out and received no response so my only option was to express my dissatisfaction publicly.
This was far from my first stay there but will now be my last.
