This is by far the worse service I had in any of my hotel stays! I guarantee you I will never ever step foot on that property again. The desk clerk was very unprofessional. We told her how bad the walk way was outside due to ice and she totally ignored us! We had issues with teenagers running up and down the hall screaming and banging on our door and others. We called the front desk 3 times with no answer. Finally my husband went down to put in the complaint and he asked her do you not answer the phone and she told him she didn’t hear it and that she was eating at the time. He had explained to her what was happening and she did absolutely nothing about it. I thought I was renting a room not a playground! Especially for the price I paid!! she would not answer the phone so my husband went down to let her know what was happening and she was busy eating and could care less. I thought I was booking a hotel not a playground!! I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

The room and bathroom were cozy, spacious and very clean and quiet. We had an enjoyable stay and a good nights rest. The room was on the ground floor with drive up easy access and great for travelling with animals. Staff in the morning was very helpful and friendly. Staff at reception when checking in the night before was not very pleasant and helpful. Perhaps he didn’t have a good day. Breakfast was good. Would stay at this property again.

Dated facility Rooms had decor from the late 80s. Only upgrade was the flooring Heating/AC systems need updating or proper maintenance. The heater fan (we moved from room to room until we found a fan that didn’t make a significant amount of noise) at the end of the day the fan noise was unacceptable. We turned off the entire system so we could sleep and relied on the bathroom electric baseboard heater to keep the room comfortable.
