The place was okay, but there were several issues:- not enough toilet paper to support 6-7 guests… there were only 2 rolls…- we reserved for 6, and a friend came by to hang out… the host was quick to send a message assuming that we were having 7 people stay, making us feel uncomfortable and like we were being watched 24/7. Felt very creepy- we asked if a 7th could stay, and he charged us 50 extra for the addition than what the terms of the agreement said were permitted.- there was also a large package of uncooked chicken that was in the freezer as well as a large tub of margarine in the fridge. Overall, would not recommend. Stay somewhere else. Host is watching, and host will try to squeeze extra money out of you if possible

Amazing calm and quiet friendly house lots of space for family to enjoy I would definitely recommend this house because it’s big comfortable and beautiful however there is no washroom body wash and shampoo to take a shower so you have to bring your own soaps and the check out time was a little bit early and it was 10am it should be 11am

Highlands bakery

We loved staying at this property. It was super spacious and in a great location. The bed was very comfy and we had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was amazing, and honestly probably the most responsive owner with home we have communicated. For sure we would stay again. Highly recommend.

Perfect Highlands experience!

We rented 3 separate properties from Sterling for our daughter’s wedding at the Highlands Golf Course. The location was perfect for us & the neighborhood was so beautiful! Close to walking trails with fantastic views of the river valley. The unit was very clean & spacious for the four of us. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. It was great to have air conditioning & laundry as well. Sterling was easy to communicate with & answered any questions promptly. I would highly recommend this property!

Excellent Place to Stay

I have been travelling for work and have stayed at this property three weeks in a row. Stirling is an excellent host who is extremely responsive. He definitely goes above and beyond to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. The location is amazing. Taking my dog out for walks in the neighborhood and seeing all the beautiful heritage homes every day! Quick access to walking paths around the river valley, and lots of local restaurants. The ice cream shop across the street is lined up every night.

Great getaway in Edmonton

Property manager, Sterling was excellent to deal with!! He ensured that we gained access to the property and checked in shortly after check out. He was very quick to answer calls and messages. The property was wonderful, location was absolutely perfect & furnishings made the space so welcoming. A great home away from home. We would definitely stay at the property again in future and will recommend to friends and relatives. Overall, an excellent stay for us in Edmonton!!
