Lack of clean towels for the pool area. Twice I had to go to the front desk and ask for towels to brought in as there wasn’t any. The water for the shower does not get very hot at all. The vending machine on the sixth floor didn’t work.

Overall, an average stay. We let the property know it was our 11 year anniversary, and didn’t even receive acknowledgement of it. The hotel is fairly clean, but the room itself definitely needs a deep clean (dirty head board, carpets, etc). The worst part about the room is you can hear everything - we were woken up a lot throughout the night from hotel noises & people

i didn't like that the only perk was a very expensive resteraunt. I didn't like that only coffee was laid out for free a cookie would have been nice. This is trying to be upscale but not welcoming.
