There was something disgusting on the bathtub. I notified management as don’t do negative reviews regularly and was hoping for an appreciative response. Contrary to my hopes I received an email response from manager basically telling me I fabricated the pictures and didn’t match their tile … I am in the flooring business also. I have time and location stamped pics and nothing further from the management. Unbelievable! Never expected that kind of accusation.

The hotel was beautiful on the outside. Area is industrial and inconvenient. Hotel is dated and took was not well kept. The tub is not safe, the back of tub slants and bathroom so dark almost fell in tub. The bed sunk in there middle, I called front desk for a solution and got none. Thin old sheets on bed, room was cold. Asked front desk for 4 towels and they said 'you can have 2 you already have 2 in your room', that was the day before. I don't reuse towels. No smart TVs. Breakfast food ran out and had to wait for 25 minutes for refills. Pool is so far away down many hallways. Just overall 2/5 stars maybe. Wouldn't stay again.

Non honoured and faulty AC very uncomfortable stay

Made booking for 2 rooms with interconnecting rooms because we had our 4 kids and a minder. Prior to making the booking went to the hotel to inquire if I booked through hotel.com would my request be honour guy at reception advised that I should make the booking and include in the note request for interconnecting rooms. When I arrived to check in thay said rooms not available and the hotel was full and we had to stay in 2 separate parts of the hotel. In addition the room we were provided had a faulty AC and we slept most of the time in heat and sweating from the humid temperature with no compensation and asked us to send an email to the manager.

I will start with the positives first. Breakfast: great options and a spacious dining area. Good parking in the premises and area feels secure. Exit points are well secured and you cant ride elevator without your room keys. Except another guest lets you in Bed was comfortable. Staff were courteous. Negatives: the carpet needs to be taken off asap. They are very very old, and just changing the flooring will give the hotel a massive facelift. I dont know if all floors are in the same state. I stayed on the 2nd floor and the carpet was worn off. Same also goes with the carpet in the reception and seats in the area. They are worn off and does not give a good first impression of the hotel. The only reason I won't come to this hotel again is if the worn out carpets/flooring renains unchanged. Light in the room was not adequate. Only the bed side lamp provided light in the room. Bathroom/WC was quite small. I wonder how someone with a bigger body frame will cope. In all it was not a bad 2 days stay, but I wont say I got value for the high amount I paid.

The building looks nice at a glance but it’s poorly maintained the pool has rust all over the place the phone in the pool room was broken when we tried to call for towels the breakfast buffet was fine but the seating was terrible our room didn’t have AC but the staff was very friendly they tried to fix it but it didn’t work so they upgraded us to a better room overall the stay was fine but if I have other options I probably won’t stay here again

It was nice to have a lounge on site but the rooms air conditioning barely worked and tru res on and off every 10 mins. The rooms are huge and very difficult to cool. Be prepared for a hot sweaty night.
