Room was clean and comfortable. Almost no staff in sight around the hotel. Dinner at the pub was good quality and taste. Pool was not enjoyable with murky pool water, no towels available and hot tub was warm at best. Breakfast buffet was ok. Free breakfast is nice but the hot food options were barely warm at 8am. Ok stay for a one night stop but not a great option for multiple nigts.

Enjoy staying at this hotel. Easy access to all of Edmonton. The room was spacious and clean. Staff were excellent to deal with. Nice to have a free breakfast.

Many improvements needed like stocking towels in the bathroom and pools. It seems that there was never enough towels in the pool. Bathroom towels had holes in them and ripped. Steam room was not working. Breakfast in the hotel had little variety.

The blankets were paper thin and when I asked for more the housekeeper had very bad customer service and made a snarky remark. I had made the reservation for 2 adults and 2 kids and the room was set up for one to two people with one coffee mug and 2 bath towels. There were stains all over the curtains in the bedroom and blood on the shower curtain. We will definitely not be going back.
