First time stay with family was awesome. Decided to stay at this hotel again for a short trip at the WEM as we dont want to drive back home for 3hrs during night time. The check in was awful and unwelcoming as I was looked down upon by the supervisor because I'am an employee and asked each and every name of my family member for the "record" as he looked so suspicious about us. Especially when you have an employee discount rate expect that you'll be treated BAD. Should've stayed at the other hotels and pay the regular price. Never at this hotel again.

I spent one night there, I enjoyed it, the rooms are very clean and service is great. I would like to recommend this hotel for everyone is going to Edmonton. I feel the price is accepted but it’s really reasonable with hotel quality

A few disappoint things with the experience staying at this hotel, including the following: 1) we had been told the breakfast on the next morning would be covered when checking in, and then were told it was not on the next morning; (this was okay) 2) the hotel staff called my cell half an hour after we had checked out to ask if we had "accidentally" taken a blanket from the hotel room, because the housekeeper couldn't find it in the room. I don't know what was going on with the blanket, but we wouldn't take a hotel blanket home for sure. (this is not acceptable) Therefore, I won't book this hotel anymore in the future.

Good location, beds were awesome, staff very friendly, very good food in the lounge. Booked through Expedia, the price was good for what we got. We will definitely be staying here again if we need to be in the area.

My husband and I stayed at the Radisson Convention Centre while visiting Edmonton to see Star Wars: The Last Jedi, that was disappointing but the hotel and the Burgundy Restaurant in house were fantastic and tasty! Our hotel room was very clean and tidy. We highly recommend this hotel to any one visiting Edmonton.

The staff were both friendly and polite. Helped in every way and also took the time to explain all the amenities of the hotel. Would go back when im in the area again. The room was very clean and the bed was a delight to sleep on.

My company always uses this hotel when we have classes and such. We stay pretty often. Love the restaurant, hotel is always clean, staff is friendly. Last trip, my wife came with me. My class did not get out until 3 on the afternoon we checked out. The hotel staff, Andy, from the front desk and Ann, made it so much easier on us. She didn't have to wait in the lobby for hours. They let us have a late check out with NO charge. Thanks so much!

The room was clean staff was friendly and breakfast was hot. Beds were a little soft to my liking but I slept good. Where it is is not noisy in Edmonton so that was nice. Lots of parking and you have to use you card to make elevator work so that is a safety feature for me since I was travelling alone.

Room are clean but service wasn’t that great the day I was there maybe it was just a typical day. I booked a one king bed when I arrived, they told there are no one king bed availlable and offer me two bed. I said I didn’t want 2 beds. They later told me there is a room available. I went down there and when I opened the door, there were someday with his girlfriend having sex in there, I closed the door and ran back to the front desk. They told me, they are sorry, they will upgrade my room to premium for free! After I checked out I found out I was charged the Premium price.

Recently traveled to Edmonton on business, Decided to lay my head close to where my appointments were situated in Sherwood Park area. This was a decent place to stay, nothing too exciting, but clean, fair priced
