Staff seemed like they hated their jobs, unwilling to help or provide any kind of service. Told we could request late check out on the morning of and then was told latest we could check out was 11:30 despite discussing this multiple times. Bathroom and room was average. TERRIBLE SINK AND SHOWER SPACE. TV had limited channels and no streaming services available. Pool lacked towels always despite multiple signage saying there would be towels there and pool seemed poorly maintained. For the price we paid, even with the lacklustre breakfast included seemed not worth the price. Much better quality elsewhere with the same bang for your buck. Will not be returning.

Non of the staff spoke English which made the communication very difficult. The toilet in our room was clogged which made a toilet water pool in our room! A staff came to the room with a plunger after and told us to plunge the toilet ourselves as she has no idea how to do it! They ended up offer us an upgrade to a bigger room which was really nice, but then the hairdryer in the room was not working! Shouldn't you guys keep your stuff updated or something?

Only 1 chair to sit in. No bright light in bathroom. Couldn’t even put makeup on it was so dim. No recycle bin. No rubber bath mat in tub to prevent slipping. It is clean and tidy. It is being run like a very tight budget plan. Even wooden forks and spoons for breakfast. Breakfast was very good but eggs etc not hot.

We got checked in quickly and got our breakfast vouchers at check in but we didn’t make it to breakfast any of the days. So it was a waste of money the breakfast is only till 9am on weekdays and 10:30am weekends there is not really any service in the restaurant took forever to get drinks so we left. In the room there was hair on the ceiling of bathroom and in shower, but the room was overall pretty clean. The last night we were there we asked for a late check out for noon and front desk said if we wanted any later they would have to charge us we stuck with noon. Then the next morning housekeeping was not notified they knocked on our door twice and woke us up at 9:30 and again saying “it’s time to check out” at 10:30. The pool area was nice, clean and quiet and the hot tub was comfortable.

hotels.com didn’t book me in when I used the app to book online. The staff said they hadn’t received my booking. So for the extra time it took to book me in they upgraded my room. No extra charge! Clean rooms Great staff A little out of the way, small price to pay for a beautiful room at standard prices.
