I also paid extra i think because i booked you by using expedia app. I found everything really convenient and i did not have a chance to use the pool, hot tub and steam Room but i will definitely be back. This hotel was great, the staff were nice, the pool closed later than most hotels (11pm), and their reception area looked great. My son loved the hot tub in the pool area. Very relaxing. Breakfast was good, the pork sausages was yummy but they did take a bit to restock the food, but they made it up for their food being delicious. The room was clean, but it did stink both the room and the bathroom. Our room carpet in particular did have what we assume was cigarrate burns. There were only two big towels provided in the room, so if you have more than two people make sure to request for more.

Booked a room with two queen beds, but the price is based on two people staying not four, ridiculous, more than two people in a room that accommodates four means extra charges. Befs were uncomfortable, one mattress was so worn towards the middle you couldn't sleep on the edge if you tried. Hot tub was disgusting stuff floating on top of the water, no towels in the pool area despite all the signs saying pool towels are available in thr pool area. Free breakfast was disappointing, most of the food was gone, people scrambling at the very little that was available. Thank goodness for the pancake machine. No hot water for tea, its like the had no idea how to be prepared for people?? I definitely would not recommend staying here.
