When we arrived the property was closed for renovations. We were moved to another hotel down the road which we declined. That specific hotel is where I wanted to stay for specific reasons.

This review is actually for the Radisson, located beside the new Park Inn which is not actually open yet. It was a little odd that we were able to book at the Park Inn and pay less than the Radisson while the room was actually at the Radisson. We also got our long term parking for less per day than if it was through the Radisson, even though we were actually parked at the Radisson. Also, there was no sign on the Park Inn saying to check in at the Radisson....I had to open the door and talk to someone who was in there even though it clearly was under construction. But in any case, the Radisson was a great place to stay and I would try booking the Park Inn again once the renovations are complete. I like the one in Red Deer.

Arrived at Park Inn 4:30pm Thursday and found lobby under construction. Called number in email and no answer, spent 10 minutes waiting for someone to surface and assist us. No information in an email to notify us that Park Inn was under renovation and needed to go to Radisson for check in. Was very unimpressed with lack of communication with us due to renovations. We stayed Thursday to Sunday and there was NO room service at all for the duration of our stay. No coffee refill, no clean towels, no help with refreshing the bedding, the bathroom sink did not drain properly. When we checked out we voiced displeasure with stay and was told room service was every three days! Lack and of communication on services and necessities was quite disappointing for moneys spent for 3 nights. Will not consider Radisson on future travels

This property is closed for renovations. My stay was transferred to the Radisson next door. That place was lovely. It would have been nice to know that Park Inn was closed.
