The hotel was well warn and carpets needed replacing. We did have a problem with small ants on the bathroom counter. The jacuzzi was also not working properly, it was like a hot bat tub.

Room was clean, if dated. Rugs all needed replaced. Staff were great and shuttle to airport perfect. I left a carry on in lobby and luckily staff saw it and ran out in the cold n snow to hand it over to the driver then back to me. So happy for that.

The employee at front desk check in was pretty short tempered and seemed annoyed that we were there (checked in at 11:30pm). It was quick and easy though. The room was tidy however it was dated and needing some minor repairs. The bath had some rusty scratch spots and the light cancelling blinds had duct tape on them. The pull out bed was questionably untidy. The main king bed was cozy and pillows were nice. The shower and shampoo/conditioner was lovely. Breakfast was basic but enough for what we wanted.

The hotel is badly in need of some upgrades including paint and carpets. The hallways are in such bad shape you can’t effectively roll your suitcase. The wheels get caught in the rippled and ripped carpets. The room was pretty clean but I didn’t walk on the floor barefoot. Tub was excellent. Toilet paper was one ply and rough. This is no more than a 2-2.5 star hotel.

The amenties were not like the picture. It looked more run down once you go up to your room. the carpets in hall way were dirty and lifted tripping hazard. the beds are awful old style spring, and the pillow were awful you should just sleep with out one. The bathroom door handle fell right off when trying to enter the bathroom would never stay again the reviews showed great but must be old
