This is a very cute, nice house that has everything you need. It is great for long stays - the kitchen is well stocked, the bedrooms are very nice with lots of storage/ closet space, and there is a laundry in the basement, along with a desk/office area if you need to work from home. The yard is awesome - it is very large with a nice tree and some chairs and a table to sit at. We had two people staying here with our three dogs and it was great. The only thing that would make this perfect is if the yard was fully fenced.

This is a 900sq.ft. house. Kitchen is tiny. Dining table will only seat 6. There is only 1 couch to sit on in living room.
There is mold growing on the ceiling & walls in main bathroom. the basement was designed & finished by a person who knew nothing about what they were doing.
The downstairs shower is in 1 room, you have to go down the hall for the toilet facilities. I am sure the basement windows do not meet code & have reported that to the City of Edmonton Bylaw who will be doing an investigation. Found dirty utensils in the drawers and dirt & food particles around the microwave. Not a great stay
