The main complaint I have is that there is a safety issue with the 4 corners of your pool. There are painted squares there in each corner, very slippery. I fell on my back . Luckily I was not injured. I am a senior so it was a scary situation. I was not running and was just walking across to go down the steps. The two evenings I was there I saw kids slip on those particular squares. The rest of the pool side is safe but those painted squares are an accident waiting to happen.

Great location. Good for families and kids (mini-golf and slushies in the entrance!) Maybe not quite enough for business travellers during school breaks? Rooms spacious and updated. Our tv didn’t work. Had to get front desk help twice. Front desk staff were great. Complimentary continental breakfast was weak with few options compared to other similar hotel stays. Overall ok. Would stay again for price.

Nice hotel with very friendly and professional staff. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a restaurant on site which is quite good. The breakfast buffet was tasty and had a decent selection. Very good and easy access to the West Edmonton Mall.
