The price for the room was top notch, however the floor was a bit dirty, there was dog food on the floor, the light was missing from the ceiling, the counter peeling, the stove burners broken, However the beds were clean and comfortable and the building was quiet. The staff were super friendly. Breakfast is mediocre at best, but it's better than no breakfast at all. I would stay here again because the price was excellent.

The old addage .. you get what you pay for. Front desk takes a deposit that you get back when they inspect your room prior to check out. Felt like a criminal. Air conditioner loud, room.stuffy and window wouldn't stay open without assistance of blocking it with a roll of TP. Breakfast ... old bananas and Costco muffins ... coffee urn had spills all about. Won't return.
