The Rice Howard Parkade is managed by impark and is separate from the condo. It is located directly behind the condo (less than a minute walk not connected to the condo) and is underground heated secure parking). The condo doesn't have parking so we pay for monthly parkade parking to go above and beyond for our guests!

You will be close to transit, Rogers Place, City Center mall, restaurants, liquor stores & River Valley. Ultra fast Gigabit Internet. Air conditioning in the unit.
