- There is one outdoor security camera located on the property facing the side yard where a privately owned boat is stored. The camera is not directed toward the house, entrances, or any guest-use areas. There are no indoor cameras of any kind.

- Fire pit use is permitted at guest discretion. Please use responsibly and never leave fires unattended.

- If the washing machine is used during your stay, please leave the lid open after use to allow it to air out.

- A kid-sized folding table and chairs are located in the pantry next to the high chair.

- A privately owned boat is stored on the far left side of the property and is not available for guest use. For safety and courtesy, guests are asked not to climb on or enter the boat.

Our family of 10 had a great time, the location was perfect. The house was comfortable and clean, the kitchen well stocked. We did have an issue with the internet, only a few could use it at a time, so having 4 teenagers in the house it was a little frustrating.

The pictures do not do this beautiful home justice. You are 500 feet from the ocean and hear the waves from everywhere in the house.Amazing detail throughout every inch of 601 Pompano! Beginning with the home being spotless, incredible bed(s), huge bathrooms, everything you could possibly need is in this house. We have a home in HHI for the last 30 years but are so glad we stopped in Edisto!JR was very helpful and quick to respond.Just an overall amazing experience and want to return.

This is an incredible home. We travel alot and VRBO is our go-to most often. This home rates at the top of our list for cleanliness, spaciousness, location and furnishings. This is our second trip to Edisto and if you are looking for a great place to stay, this is it. Outside shower, outside sink, several entrance choices. You can park your vehicle under the home to get it out of the sun, screened in porch was great. Great kitchen with a REAL venthood over the gas range that vents OUTSIDE!, which is a big deal if you are a chef. Bar with wine fridge, too much to list. Simply said, it is over the top nice. We highly recommend this home.

The house was absolutely incredible! It was so clean and the interior and exterior were beautiful. It is right by the beach and has a beautiful view. The owners were so quick to respond to any questions we had! For any family who wants to vacation to Edisto I would one thousand percent recommend this house!
