Was a great experience. Property was clean and as advertised. Yes it’s a little dirty but that’s what we expect with a house on the water. Property group was very quick to help us with a maintenance issue and communication was top notch. Only complaint, although minor, is the check in process. We had to drive into town (15) minutes to grab sets of keys and had to drive back (out of the way) to drop them off. Would be nice to see a keypad or lockbox used for convenience. Caught several fish off the dock, tons of annoying stingrays, and loads of crabs. Lots of dolphins, otters, birds, and the occasional alligator. Would definitely come back.

This locstion is dated and needs attention! Couch was stained, living room furniture was worned and unattractive. Dead gnats everywhere upon arrival and needs to be treated (infested with gnats). Beds were extremely uncomfortable, and comforters needs to be replaced. My overall rating is a 4! There's nothing appealing about this location.
