Our flat features a charming living room with a cozy sofa (converts to a sofa bed for more guests), plus a TV with Freeview. All this ensures plenty of enjoyment and relaxation while you are indoors.



The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to test your culinary skills, and the dining space is an ideal spot to gather and enjoy a tasty meal.



There are 2-bedrooms and 1 full-size bathroom. Both bedrooms have comfortable double beds and guarantee a restful and revitalizing sleep.



The bathroom is sparkling clean and has a toilet, sink and a bathtub with an overhead shower.

The Neighborhood:

Stockbridge—Refined Georgian and Victorian terraces line this lively district, which offers a village feel along the Water of Leith. Stockbridge is a highly sought-after residential hub, home to many affluent young professionals. The area features numerous local shops, such as delis, artisan cheese, wine and sherry boutiques, thrift stores, cozy cafes, stylish gastropubs, and upscale dining. On a bright day, walk to the Royal Botanic Gardens, Inverleith Park, or along the Water of Leith. Don't miss the Stockbridge Farmers Market on Sundays to grab lunch from one of the many local vendors.



Getting Around:

To and from the airport: Regular buses and trams run to and from the airport. The best stop is Princes Street, where you can catch a bus (24, 29, or 42) to Stockbridge—just be sure to locate the correct stop among several on Princes Street. Taxis and private hires are also available from the airport.



To and from Waverley Station: The 29 bus stops near Waverley Station and at Stockbridge (Kerr Street). See below for ticket info.



Between Stockbridge and City Centre: The 24, 29, and 42 buses connect Stockbridge (Kerr Street) and the City Centre. Conversely, the 42 bus heads to Craigleith Retail Centre. Adult fares are £1.70 for a single trip or £4.00 for a day pass.
